Bio

Kandace Manning is a child of the Northwest. Born in Portland, Oregon she grew up exploring Forest Park like it was her own backyard. She has always found endless inspiration in the natural environment. Nature has been her greatest teacher, simply opening up to its complex systems and observing.

She studied at Pacific Northwest College of Art and The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in the heart of New York City. She received her Bachelors of Fine Art from the Cooper Union in 2010.

Kandace now lives in Saint Helens, OR where she can be found in her backyard studio, nestled beneath the ponderosa pines.
